Ten new starters next month, a class set of iPads, or a shelf to fill in your shop. When you need the same accessory more than once, buying them one at a time is the slow and expensive way. At Stufflet, most products can be bought by the box at a lower price per unit, and bigger orders get a quote. Here’s how it works, and how to plan an order that actually arrives the way you need it.
Inner box, master box: what’s the difference?
Brands pack their products in two layers. An inner box is the smallest sealed carton, usually holding a handful of units. A master box is the shipping carton that holds several inner boxes. On Stufflet you buy at the inner-box level straight from the product page. For anything larger, from a master box up to everything we have of a product, you ask for a quote.
Where to find box prices
Open any product page and look under the price for “Buy more – get a discount”. Tap it and you’ll see a small table with the quantity, the discount and the price per unit.
Take the Twelve South Butterfly SE as an example. Bought one at a time, it’s 58.20 EUR. Its inner box holds 6 pieces, and at that quantity the price drops to 55.87 EUR each. Press Buy on that row and the whole box goes into your cart at the box price. The quantities and discounts are set per product, so check the table on each page you’re ordering from.
Check the stock count before you plan
Every product page shows exactly how many units we have, for example “19 in stock – ready to ship”. This matters more at an outlet than anywhere else. Our stock is end-of-line and surplus inventory, and once a product sells out, it usually doesn’t come back.
If you’re equipping a team of 25 and we have 19, that’s worth knowing before you promise anyone a matching set. Buy what you need now, plus a few spares. Spares are much easier to find today than in six months.
Larger orders: ask for a quote
Need more than a box, several products at once, or a whole remaining stock line? Use “Request a quote for larger quantities” on the product page. Tell us the product, the quantity and where it’s going, and we’ll come back with a price for the full order.
Who buys by the box
Offices buy chargers, cables and hubs so every desk has the same setup and IT has one product to support. Schools and training centres buy iPad cases in class sets. Cases fit one iPad model only, so check the model number first. Shops and resellers buy end-of-line stock from brands their customers already know. Companies buying gifts or welcome packs for staff or clients use the quote form to buy a whole line in one go.
Three tips for a smooth bulk order
Match the model first. A case for the iPhone 16 doesn’t fit the iPhone 16 Pro, and a band for a 41 mm Apple Watch doesn’t fit a 45 mm one. Use the Compatibility filter on the product list before you order 20 of anything.
Keep everyone on the same product. One model across a team means one set of instructions, interchangeable spares and fewer questions.
Check the delivery date. The product page shows when your order will arrive, so you can plan a rollout or a first day around it.
