Terms of sale and delivery

Welcome to Stufflet, an outlet sore operated, owned and managed by Vendora Nordic. When you shop at Stufflet, Vendora Nordic is responsible for your order, payment, delivery, returns and customer support.

Prices

All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT.

Payment options

We accept payment through Swish, Stripe and Apple Pay. The available payment options are also shown at the checkout.

Delivery time

Orders placed on weekdays are normally disptached from our warehouse within 24 hours. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including delays caused by the carrier.

• EU: 8.99 EUR

Complaints and faulty goods

If a product is faulty or damaged, contact us at info@stufflet.se as soon as possible and request an RMA number. Please include your order details, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs or video.

Consumers have the right to complain about an original fault for up to three years in accordance with Swedish consumer law.

Note: Damage to the outer packaging alone does not normally mean that the product itself is faulty.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Private customers have a 30-day right of withdrawal, calculated from the date the order is received.

- Email info@stufflet.se before returning anything and request an RMA number.

- You may examine the product as you would in a physical store. If it has been handled more than necessary, a deduction may be made for any loss in value.

- Return the product complete and securely packaged.

- You are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

- The customer pays the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

- Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method. We may wait until the product has been returned or you provide proof that it has been sent.

Send returns as a letter or business parcel. Do not send them as registered mail or to a collection point.

Uncollected packages

For uncollected shipments, we may charge SEK 350 to cover handling, return shipping and related costs.

Warranties

All products include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

Retention of ownership

Products remain the property of Vendora Nordic until full payment has been received.

Transport Damage

• Report visible transport damage directly to the carrier. If appropriate, refuse delivery.
• Report hidden transport damage to the carrier as soon as it is discovered. Contact us if you need assistance or if a dispute arises.

Sales to minors

We do not sell to anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Information about cookies

This website(stufflet.se) uses cookies in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your device to enable features and analyze the use of the site. You can refuse cookies in your browser. Personal data (GDPR)

Vendora Nordic is the data controller for processing the information you provide when purchasing or contacting us.
We only collect data that is required to:

• process and deliver your order,
• handle payment and customer service,
• send you newsletters or promotions if you have consented to this.

What data is stored?

Name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and purchase history. Social security number is stored by payment service for invoice purchases. Data is stored as long as there is a legal basis (e.g. the Accounting Act).

Data protection

We use SSL/TLS encryption and industry-standard security methods to protect personal data. The platform is operated by KodeGen in Sweden.

Changes to terms and conditions

Vendora Nordic reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. New terms and conditions are published on stufflet.se and apply from the date of publication.

Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so that we can try and resolve any complaint. If we cannot reeach and agreement, consumers may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at arn.se or the EU's ODR platform. We follow ARN's recommendations. Swedish law applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country of residence.
